Organizer Nikki Glahn says:
During a family trip to Cambodia in 2016, our family (aka Glahn Clan) befriended our jungle guide and got to visit his village and meet his family, (located in the remote part of Northeastern Cambodia). Three years of friendship with this family have resulted in a variety of projects being completed that have already changed lives. Our current goal is to raise $10,000 to facilitate the build of a Clean Drinking Water System in a central location in our friends village. Access to clean, non-contaminated drinking water would provide the families in this village with a solid foundation for better and more consistent health, which is the basis of being able to work, go to school, etc.
We have been so fortunate to have such an outpouring of support in our previous campaigns and we are grateful to all who can step forward in any way to help us facilitate these simple but life changing initiatives.
